[Techtalk] drupal peeps!

hey all,

I am writing a piece on career prospects for Drupal devs. There are
Drupal peoples here, are there not? Like the ones who built the
fabulous linuxchix.org?

So what does the job market look like, are there actual Drupal jobs, or
are there more opportunities for freelance consultants? What kinds of
skills are hot-- coding, obviously what about design, artwork,
migrations, rescuing botched deployments...??
