[Techtalk] SYN flood?

Hello, all,

I'm getting some pretty scary stuff on my router's network page - it 
started with
IP Fragmented Packet
Count:4
Target: the other computer on my network - 192.168.0.12 
linked via cable
Source:  *my employer's NFS gateway* - port 20375

Then this:
LAN-side SYN Flood
Count:1 target 209.134.161.31:80
Source:  me! 192.168.0.12  - port 1667

Then:
SYN flood
Target: me - 192.168.0.12 - port: 1666
Source: above target, port 80

Anyone know what's going on here?  The apparently attacked machine is XP, 
but this here's Debian.
