Adding some (or all) of the rules from the SpamAssassin Rules Emporium has 
been very helpful for me. This will essentially add a bunch of custom rules 
that jack up the number of points most spam messages score; the core SA 
project considers these rules a bit too experimental to include in the core 
release, but I've had little or no trouble with them.
