Presumably that will happen after a while. But if it happens, your post
will be held for a few hours (on an intermediate mail server) and then
will get through, no human intervention required.

LinuxChix has had slow mail delivery before: for a while all mail (no
matter who the sender) was throttled very heavily because of bandwidth
limitations. It did bug people because the end result was that mails
arrived out of order. In this case the end result is that very
occasionally one of your mails will be delayed for a few hours. It's not
optimal, but it should only be an occasional hiccup. It's never safe to
rely on email being near-instantaneous anyway.

However, if you do have serious concerns with it, please raise them on
the volunteers list.
