I'm using 2.6.1 on my main desktop machine, and I use a Clie PDA
and two different USB mass storage cameras on a fairly regular basis.
My Wacom tablet mostly works but I don't get pressure, but that's
true in 2.4 as well, so I expect it's an X configuration problem
and not a kernel problem.

I tried my scanner recently (I scan only sporadically) and it didn't
work, but I'm fairly sure that's because of a "scanner support via
libusb" vs. "scanner.o in the kernel" issue. I switched to the
libusb approach in the last Debian upgrade, and it seems that's
not working (I probably need to find some magic incantation, or else
go back to kernel scanner support even if it is supposedly obsolete).

I do get lots of messages cluttering my kernel log:

hub 1-0:1.0: over-current change on port 3

These seem to apply to the mini USB port I have plugged in to the
USB controller on my motherboard (the hub is just to get some USB
ports within reach so I don't have to crawl down under the desk and
grope behind the machine). I use all my USB peripherals through the
hub, so despite the scary-sounding error message everything seems
to work fine. Googling for that error message hasn't offered any
help, and I haven't had a chance to chase it down further.
