Another question on OO.o but unrelated to maths, but this is a more basic one, 
showing my ingnorance ...
I don't usually use such sofisticated alphabets, but I need to write someones 
name ... how do you put in those 2 liitle dots on top of a germanic(?) "o" 
(an elipsis???). 

Do I need to use a different font, or is there some other way of doing it?
