[Techtalk] Webmail options

The ISP has changed the options for webmail to Neomail, Horde, or
SquirrelMail. Which would be the best choice? I'm hoping to create
folders, save distribution lists, be able to tar up the files and
put them somewhere else, maybe have the files on their server and also
on our own local box, have email address lists, etc. I've heard Horde
isn't a good choice. So what would you choose and why? I was happy with
OpenWebmail before.
