[Techtalk] software load-balancing...?

Hi all,

I have just installed a cable internet connection
to be a backup for my DSL connection. Can I
use my linux boxen to automatically provide load-
balancing or switch-over in case one of the
connections goes down? Or do I need some kind
of hardware solution?

Everything I'm seeing in google is mentioned
RHL Advanced or Enterprise...
