Hi, Hanlie,

The error is telling you that there is no file called
rhn_register-gnome-3.0.7.2-1.i386.rpm, which is true.  You don't need to
upgrade the registration program.  It's failing because you're telling
it to freshen an installation from an rpm you just don't have.

The command you want is:

rpm -fvh up2date-3.0.7.2-1.i386.rpm up2date-gnome-3.0.7.2-1.i386.rpm

That's all you need.
