i would be surprised if they don't.  i've used several dialup isps with
linux and never had any trouble connecting.  their support people might
not talk to you unless you're using windows, but if you can fake the
right responses they'll never know that you're not :-)

i've used all of these isps (at different sites) with linux  within the
last six months:

    optusnet
    telstra/bigpond (dialup and isdn)
    pacific
    zip (now owned by pacific but still maintaining separate dialup
        servers)
    hunterlink

if all goes well i'll be adding internode adsl to that list as soon as
my adsl modem arrives :-)
