Haven't had time to read it thoroughly but I'll be passing it on to our IT
people shortly!

One little something:

Tables 1 and 2 appear to have their header rows offset to the left so that
RH Linux licensing info appears under "Microsoft" in table 1.  The following
HTML for the header rows fixes it:
