Please ignore my previous post about not being able to ping my
sister's computer even though I'd checked our IP address settings. 
Her box is slow and I momentarily forgot that you have to restart
windows whenever you make changes like that.  Sorry! Our machines are
now happily pinging each other.  

Now all I have to do is start IP Masq so we can share an internet
connection - and that's another handful!!
