[Techtalk] Major upgrade to Debian testing.

Hey everyone,

For people relying on the stability of Debian's testing branch, you
might want to be careful with upgrades over the next week or two. A new glibc
is finally moving into testing, and will be followed by about 800
packages that have been held up for months. That *may* include fairly
major things like GNOME 2.2 (unless some other dependency is holding it
up).

In particular php4 will be broken on all architectures.
