Hi, Berenice!

What IP address and subnet mask are your sister's computer set to?  You'll want to
make sure that it's between 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.254 w/ the 255.255.255.0
subnet like yours.  Also, your gateway needs to be on the same subnet as your
interface ... in other words, the gateway needs to be something in 192.168.0.x.
