I did a quick #apt-cache search xwrits (using debian unstable) and since
I found it there, I looked through http://packages.debian.org/stable/
and found:

xwrits 2.19-1 Reminds you to take a break from typing
        
which means that all you need to do is an # apt-get install xwrits

I didn't find drwright or workrave in stable but they are both in
unstable if you feel like doing apt-pinning (which I don't necessarily
recommend..) Hopefully xwrits will be all you need.
