[Techtalk] identifying chipsets

OK, I fear I am becoming a bore on this subject. But here I go anyway. :) This 
wireless on Linux business is vexing. Is there an easy way to identify the 
chipset used in the card? By easy I mean not having to spend hours on hold 
with the manufacturer.
