[Techtalk] COnfiguring snort on firewall with real time alert

I want to configure snort on linux machine with
iptables. I am looking gfor the software which will
read the alert log file generated by snort and as per
the information will generate the rule for blocking
the ips on iptable.

Should i use netfilter or portsentry software?
