Until accessibility technology catches up, it looks like adjusting to the
particular situation is the best we can do. I tested speech-recognition,
text-to-speech, and dictation software way back in 1998, and it was poo. They
kept saying it would improve as more processing power became available to
consumer PCs. Well here we are with more processing power than we know what
to do with- where's the improved software?
