Hi Kenny,

I am using exactly this setup. I have fetchmail fetching the mail from the 
server, running it through procmail and putting it in a local spool file, and 
then KMail picking it up.

If you'd like, I can post (suitably edited!) my .fetchmailrc, and my 
.procmailrc (which has the standard Spamassassin lines in it), and go through 
where to set up KMail to pick up mail locally instead of from your ISP...

Would that be any help? You'll still have to mess with the files, because of 
your local settings, but at least you'll have a start.

Using procmail doesn't require .forward, the way I'm doing this; but to add 
rules to it, you'll need to do a little bit of reading. There are some good 
sites, I can give you the beginnings of a list.
