It looks to me like the Undernet server, version 2.10.07.0. Not quite the 
latest, but close (latest is 2.10.10.pl18 IIRC).

You can get quite a good set of services for it (I used to help run a 
small network in the UK for CUT, the Campaign for Unmetered Telecomms, 
using this software plus services) - if anyone's interested, I could dig 
out a URL. ISTR Dancer is one of the developers, though, so Jenn may have 
better information on that than I do, if it's the same Dancer :-)
