[Techtalk] URL handler in Ximian Evolution

Hi

If you open the KDE Control Centre and go to File Browsing, File
Associations, text, html and in the Application Preference Order add
opera %u and move it to the top of the list. I'm not sure whether the %u
will work for Opera but it does for mozilla.
