[Techtalk] Rebooting problem.

I recently had a similar problem, it turned out to be caused by voltage 
swings in my apartment building. Even with a ups, the spikes and drops 
eventually caused my Mb/Processor to fail, as well as the power supply in 
my laserdisc player. The problem began when a number of people with modern 
electronic devices moved into my hundred year old building.
