For the most part, yes. Blame Microsoft, most people are either going
Win2K server, peer-to-peer mixed windows networks, or migrating to Linux
server with Samba because they don't feel like playing the M$ licensing
game.

The fact that there's something else out there isn't widely known to
non-techs, and thus doesn't get installed a whole lot.
