Jennifer,

You can create a reservation based on MAC address.  The mini-howto has 
info on it:

http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/mini/DHCP/x369.html#AEN403

The specific bit you're interested in as at the end of that section:

  You can also assign specific IP addresses based on clients ethernet 
  address e.g. 
  host haagen {
     hardware ethernet 08:00:2b:4c:59:23;
     fixed-address 192.168.1.222;
  }
