I'm sure you noticed but that webpage had an .asp
ending which is active server page, which is Microsoft
stuff.  I think that article is just a subtle
Microsoft ploy to steer people from Linux.  I wrote
Cnet Radio for a similar "speech" by someone
anti-linux.  I don't know if they have archives, but
if you hear the same stuff at www.cnetradio.com feel
free to write them.  I was polite but to the point
with them.
