[techtalk] warm/fuzzy alternatives to outlook?

A lot of places pressure one to use Outlook/MS Office because of the
calendaring features. While StarOffice has this too, it's pretty
difficult to convince the Execs to convert after they spent all this money
on licensing, installation, maintenance, personnel, updates...

Not to mention they'd have to convert their appointments from one program
to the other. And learn new software. StarOffice has a Windows version, so
they wouldn't have to switch OS, necessarily.
