[techtalk] touch screen filter?

Hi all again,
has anyone seen/used a touch-screen screen guard? (something you can just
put it on your screen that will turn your regular monitor to touch-screen
monitor?)  I am interested in using it on my laptop. I saw that Metro-X
has support for touchscreen devices.
