Oops.  This is what I get when I don't check things.  My default menus
are under /usr/local/share/WindowMaker, so on another system, they'll be
under /usr/share/WindowMaker (probably/possibly).

/usr/local/GNUstep is my global GNUstep directory and it doesn't get
copied over by wmaker when I run wmaker.inst.  wmaker.inst is a script
to create a correct default GNUstep directory by taking files from a
couple scattered sources.  The UNIX philosophy for the filesystem has
its advantages, and disadvantages.
