In Windows, right-click on "My Computer" and select Properties.  Click
the "Device Manager" tab.  Click on the "+" next to Modems, then
double-click the modem device you're interested in.  In the new window
that pops up, click the "Resources" tab.  The modem's configured IRQ
will be shown here as "Interrupt Request".
