?My firm has been retained by GitHub, the world's largest code host, to find an Infrastructure Manager. The person in this role will lead the Infrastructure Engineering Team.

Some things you might not know yet about GitHub: Over 6M people use GitHub to collaborate on projects or share code. A high level of autonomy and self-direction is valued by the company, and work/life balance is extremely important: from flexible work schedules and karaoke nights to 4 months of paid family leave for new parents, GitHub believes that if a job allows it, people should work where they're happiest, and even working remotely is possible for the right person. The new Infrastructure Manager should have technical experience (e.g., knowledge of operations, unix/linux, etc.) as well as people skills.

If this intrigues you, please email me at kimberly at iqtalentpartners.com. I'm looking forward to connecting with you!
