Responsibilities include: 
* Using CSS, XHTML, AJAX, Web 2.0, and Best
Practices/Standards/Accessibility techniques to build applications that
will be used by millions of people 
* Working within a closely knit team to design great looking, meaningful
applications that solve real user problems in exciting new ways 
* Providing leadership in technology as well as software development
processes 
* Defining APIs, protocols and design patterns 

Required qualifications: 
* At least 4 years of professional web application development 
* BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 
* Experience with Object-Oriented JavaScript programming 
* Strong command of web standards, CSS-layouts, DOM scripting,
cross-browser compatibility & browser degradation strategies 
* Familiar with optimization techniques, accessibility techniques,
debugging 
* Self-motivated, comfortable working in a team environment where Eng,
Product, and Usability collaborate and the best idea wins 
* Great sense of responsibility and attention to detail 
* PHP or Java skills, i18n experience, and knowledge of the YUI Library
are a plus.
