Description:

You will be responsible for designing and implementing test cases for
new and current products; 

this includes integration testing for new releases and service releases.


You will be responsible for executing product and system tests,
analyzing and recording test results, 

creating bug reports and verifying bug fixes.  You must be able to work
with others including our Engineering 

team to enhance the quality of our products and timeliness of releases. 

Strong Linux skills and scripting are required.


Qualifications:

*	Strong test planning and documentation skills
*	Ability to analyze, isolate, describe and prioritize defects in
a complex software/hardware environment
*	Organized, thorough, and detail oriented
*	Ability to automate testing using scripting languages as
appropriate
*	Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*	Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
*	5+ years experience in QA engineering
*	Bachelor's degree.  BSCS or equivalent preferred
*	CCNA preferred

Looking for experience in the following areas:

*	Linux/Unix required
*	C shell scripting
*	File Transfer Protocols: SMB, FTP, AFP, NFS
*	Automation using Perl and/or Winrunner
*	Load/Stress and Performance Testing

Desirable Experience:

*	Testing realtime video applications
*	Knowledge of Networking topologies
*	Experience with Storage Systems (SAN, NAS)
*	Experience with archiving systems (Avalon, SGL, FrontPorch)
*	Lab Management
