** Quality Assurance Manager:*
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional and experienced software 
QA Manager responsible for leading a team of QA Engineers and Analysts. 
You will oversee and implement the testing and analysis of our software 
products, web applications, and hardware validation projects. You will 
collaborate with project managers, development engineers and a virtual 
team of insiders.

Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee product quality programs and initiatives. * Build and lead a 
team of QA Engineers and Analysts. * Design and implement quality 
metrics, test plans, test cases, test methods and test schedules. * 
Collaborate with project managers, virtual team of insiders and 
international QA partners. * Write and utilize automated testing 
scripts. Maintain and expand a database of tools and test results. * 
Appropriately identify, analyze, document, and track quality issues. * 
Manage the software release process and develop software release 
documentation. * Technical liaison between R&D and customer service. * 
Report to the CTO.

Qualifications:

* BS in computer science or related technical degree. * 5+ years 
software testing and debugging experience. * 3+ years experience as 
Software QA Manager or Project Manager. * Proficiency in creation and 
use of automated software test tools. * Demonstrated analytic 
capabilities in a fast-paced software development. * Practical 
experience with linux. * Practical experience with C, SQL, Php and/or 
Perl. * Experience with hardware installation and configuration. * Good 
grasp of defect tracking systems (preferably Bugzilla) and collaboration 
tools (preferably wiki).

Requirements:

* Solid leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Deep 
understanding of software quality, and QA methods and processes. * 
Strong organizational and analytical problem solving skills. * 
Demonstrated track-record of managing multiple projects concurrently, 
and adhering to deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication 
skills. * Self-motivation, with critical attention to detail, deadlines 
and reporting. * A demonstrable history of successfully managing the 
quality of mission critical software applications. * Strong 
communication skills to interact directly with customers.
