are archived. Also, community members can step in with observations,<br>
and perhaps even help steer the discussions back on track.<br>

This will also serve some more purposes:<br>
- list members will learn from observation how an admin team ought to<br>
discuss amongst themselves.<br>
- the admin team will be aware that this is a good time to set a good<br>
example of discussing a topic with focus.<br>
- those who fear that all discussions are always flame-wars will get a<br>
chance to see positive discussions.<br></blockquote><div><br>+1 off list discussions are harmful in current scenario . Once the whole issue is fixed and all admins are appointed/voted/volunteered then maybe they can go off the list.<br>
