Hi folks,

I'm hiring someone to join my team out of Akamai's Bangalore office.

We're a diverse and distributed team of data scientists, and engineers with
varied backgrounds working to get insights out of web performance (RUM)
data. The data is collected using the open source boomerang JavaScript
library (https://github.com/akamai/boomerang), and stored in a cloud based
database. We use Julia to do the analysis through Jupyter notebooks.

We're looking for someone to work both on the Jupyter platform itself,
enhancing it for our needs, as well as on the Julia side of things,
developing low latency SQL queries and distributing data analysis
responsibilities between the database and the julia kernels.

Your title will be "Senior Software Engineer". On the career scale, there
are 2 levels that lead up to this and 4 levels further.
