Hi Vid --

Well, we don't actually host websites for any of the chapters, but what 
we do is point DNS at an IP that you give us.

So if you'd be so kind to send an IP of where your site is hosted to 
sysadmin at linuxchix.org, we can easily point india.linuxchix.org at it.
