I beg to differ there. You can't be lax on security just because we are 
creating something beautiful. There has to be a basic level of control 
over how things are managed.

Yes, wiki is a very good option. As I mentioned in my previous mail, 
we'll get it up and running if thats what is needed.

But still, someone needs to overlook any changed / updates done by the 
whole lot of people visiting the sites. Once the credibility of anyone 
contributing is established, she gets unmoderated posting access.

This model has worked very well for admins maintaining mailing lists, 
like ours, on yahoogroups.
