[Courses][Linux comands] customizing a 2.4 kernel

I was going to say the Linux Kernel HOWTO
(http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Kernel-HOWTO/), but it's apparently gone, and
is in the process of being replaced with the Kernel rebuild HOWTO
available at http://www.digitalhermit.com/~kwan/kernel.html

That's what I originally used a *long* time ago...
