We'd like to allow uses like that made by the Seattle LinuxChix:
http://www.seattlelinuxchix.org/ -- see the logo top right, it's a
variation on http://www.linuxchix.org/graphics/val_smooth_8col.png

That is, at the very least we'd probably like to allow modification by
chapters and approved groups.
