Agrred 100%.  For the logo and name there should be a
trademark or service mark applied for.  Licensing
should be extremely restrictive.  These are the only
things we have to distinguish ourselves from people
whom we may not be terribly fond of.  We can always
decide to loosen restrictions later.

I understand we don't have money for legal fees. 
Hopefully the licensing will discourage some from
misusing the logo and LinuxChix name in the first
place.  If we do need an attorney we may find we have
one or more in our membership who are sufficiently
outraged to help.
